01Request deletion in the app

The quickest way is from inside the Rabbit app:

• Open the Rabbit app and go to the Profile tab.
• Choose Account, then Delete account.
• Confirm the request. We remove your account and start deleting your data.

02Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at hello@rabbitstudioqa.com from the phone number or address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We may ask one question to confirm it is you before we act on the request.

03What we delete

On confirming your request, we delete the personal data tied to your account:

• Your name, phone number, and any address you gave us.
• Your car details and the photos taken during a service.
• Your loyalty balance, digital member card, and notification token.

04What we keep, and for how long

We are required to keep a limited record of completed transactions — the service performed, its date, and the amount paid — to meet accounting, tax, and warranty obligations under the laws of Qatar. These records are held for the period the law requires, normally up to ten years, and are then deleted. Where we keep them, we detach them from your profile so they are no longer used to identify you.

05How long deletion takes

Your account is closed immediately. The rest of your personal data is deleted from our live systems within 30 days, and from routine backups within 90 days. We will confirm by message once it is done.

06Delete some data without closing your account

If you would rather keep your account but remove specific data — a saved car or a set of photos, for example — email us at hello@rabbitstudioqa.com and tell us what to remove. We will action it and confirm.
