Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Rabbit app and the services provided by Rabbit auto care W.L.L. (commercial registration 181795), Doha, Qatar. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
01The service
Rabbit provides paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tinting, and detailing for cars, along with an app to book a service, track your car during the work, keep its history, and hold a digital member card. Availability of any service is confirmed at the time of booking.
02Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for the phone number and device linked to your account, and for keeping them secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
03Bookings and appointments
Work is carried out by appointment at our location. When you request it, pickup and drop-off is offered as a separate delivery service. A booking is a request until we confirm it. We give you a straight timeline when we confirm; work is finished when it is done to the standard we hold to.
04Prices and payment
Prices shown in the app are a starting point and depend on your car and the work it needs. We give you a firm price at the consultation, before any work begins. Payment terms are agreed at that time.
05The work and warranties
We install the films and coatings we trust, and stand behind the quality of our fitting. Materials carry the warranty of their manufacturer; the exact terms depend on the product chosen and are explained before work begins. Normal wear, damage after we return the car, and issues outside our work are not covered.
06The loyalty programme
Membership and any rewards are offered at our discretion and may change. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. We will give notice in the app of any material change to the programme.
07Content you provide
Photos and details you or our team add to your record are kept to document the work. We may use anonymised before-and-after images of the work for our own reference and, with your agreement, to show the standard of our work. You can ask us not to.
08Acceptable use
Use the app only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain access you are not entitled to, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rabbit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law of Qatar.
10Intellectual property
The Rabbit name, mark, app, and content belong to Rabbit auto care W.L.L. You may use the app for its intended purpose, but not copy or reuse our brand or content without permission.
11Ending your use
You may stop using the app at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we are required to by law.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date below and, where the change is significant, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
